Choosing a Wedding Registry
I know so many couples who do wedding registries at Target. Many go to Wally Mart and opt for the pots and pans and bedding and all the home miscellaneous things. What about a honeymoon registry? What about a furniture registry? Is there a site out there that has all those combined? I decided to do a registry online. I went to trusty google.com and looked up the top wedding registry sites. The list included Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Macy's and others. But I wasn't fully happy because the thrifty in me was looking for the best deals. I wondered if ebay.com(my favorite place to shop for deals) offered a wedding registry and from what I looked up I didnt see that ebay offered that service. Then I saw that amazon.com offered a bridal registry. I created the account which took about 1 minute to set up and then I was up until 3am looking for things to put on the registry. I was so excited because the idea of getting my fiancee to get ready and go to the store and argue over what we want to choose was exhausting. Online we could choose what we like and if we change our minds remove it without leaving home. I could find furniture like couches and all the kitchen essentials and all decor. The only downside is that amazon does not sell vacation packages on their site but you may type in vacation packages and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can see the sponsored ads that go to excellent vacation package deals for your honeymoon. Anyway, I signed up with amazon.com because it is more convenient for me to shop at home and get the best deal. I can choose any item from any seller on all of amazon to be put on my registry. That is pretty amazing. Here is our wedding registry. We didn't finish choosing everything we need yet but we are working on it. Try the amazon.com wedding registry and you won't be disapointed. -Mariya
